1. Non-Refundable Fees
All test fees, application charges, and related payments are strictly non-refundable.
ETS™ does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including candidate withdrawal, failure to appear for the test, or cancellation by the candidate.

2. Non-Transferable Payments
Payments made for one test, application, or service cannot be transferred to another test, candidate, or service.

3. Exceptions
In exceptional cases, such as administrative errors made by ETS™, partial refunds or corrections may be considered at the discretion of ETS™.
Candidates must contact ETS™ immediately with valid proof for such cases.

4. Payment Errors and Discrepancies
Candidates should report any payment errors, duplicate payments, or discrepancies immediately.
ETS™ will investigate and resolve issues at its discretion.
Correction of errors may include refunding accidental duplicate payments or adjusting the payment for the intended test/service.

5. Cancellation by ETS™
If ETS™ cancels a test for administrative or unforeseen reasons, candidates will be informed through official channels.
Any eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the method of payment.

6. Record Keeping
Candidates must keep receipts, payment confirmations, or any proof of payment for reference.
ETS™ may require these documents to verify and process any refund or adjustment requests.
