2. Registration & Application
Candidates must submit complete and accurate application forms before the announced deadline.
ETS™ reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
Incomplete, incorrect, or late applications will not be entertained.

3. Test Fees & Payments
Test fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
Payment must be made through approved banking channels or methods announced by ETS™.
ETS™ is not responsible for payment delays caused by banks or third-party services.

4. Test Schedule & Centers
ETS™ reserves the right to change test dates, venues, or schedules due to administrative or unforeseen reasons.
Candidates are responsible for checking updates on the official ETS™ website.
No candidate will be allowed to sit for the test without a valid Roll Number Slip and original identification.

5. Identification Requirements
Candidates must present:

• Original Roll Number Slip

• Original CNIC / Valid Passport
  (Candidates under 18 must bring Original B-Form and SSC Certificate with photograph)

Failure to provide valid identification will result in denial of entry.

6. Test Conduct & Rules
Candidates must strictly follow instructions given by invigilators.
Use of unfair means, electronic devices, or prohibited materials is strictly forbidden.
Communication with other candidates during the test is not allowed.
ETS™ reserves the right to monitor, record, or cancel any test session.

7. Disqualification
A candidate may be disqualified for:

• Late arrival at the test center

• Impersonation or identity mismatch

• Use of cheating material

• Misconduct or disturbance

• Leaving the test center without permission

• Failure to follow test instructions

ETS™ decisions regarding disqualification are final.

8. Results & Records
ETS™ strives to ensure accuracy in results but does not guarantee error-free outcomes.
Requests for rechecking or result verification must follow ETS™ official procedures.
ETS™ reserves the right to cancel or withhold results in case of malpractice or verification issues.

9. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for test administration and official communication.
ETS™ does not share personal data with third parties without legal or official requirements.
Candidates consent to the use of their data for test-related processes.

10. Intellectual Property
All test materials, content, logos, and publications are the intellectual property of ETS™.

11. Limitation of Liability
ETS™ shall not be liable for technical issues, postal delays, or communication failures.
ETS™ shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
ETS™ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from test participation.
